SLA (Resin) 3D Printing

Our 3D resin printers produce well defined details products with high precision. this type of printing uses resin that turns solid when expose to UV light. The build plate is lowered down into the resin and the object is created upside-down layer by layer as the build plate raises up. It is ideal for small highly detailed objects and the print quality is generally being better than Filament 3D printing, however, it is a little more expensive.

Filament 3D Printing

Filament 3D printing uses a spool of filament that extruded onto a build plate in a creates the object layer by layer. It is the more cost-effective method of 3D printing and can be used to make both small and large object that have a good strength.

MATERIALS

PLA

PLA is the most common Filament 3D printing material because it gives a great quality finish and provides a good amount of strength.

PETG

PETG is used in the same way as PLA. However it is stronger and more resilient than PLA. As a material it is more expensive than PLA.  

PETG-CF

PETG-CF is the same as PETG with the addition of carbon fibre and offers even more strength than the normal PETG. It is ideal for high performance and high impact applications.

ABS RESIN

Resin is used on SLA 3D printers and gives a really good quality finish, parts have a good strength too.

This level of service is a completely unique design where one of our designers will work closely with you to design and produce your product. You will be able to choose the material, colour, etc. We will happily give you recommendations on the type pf printing as well as the material to use. After approving the design and quote we will then got to production and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.
